Amazing pool! We spent nearly all our time ( when at the hotel) in the pool and even had friends come meet us from another hotel to swim ( they needed to pay a fee, but you could redeem that as credit at the pool side cafe). But it never felt crowded even when lots in the pool as its so huge! Kids area and splash zone was great too! We ate in the restaurant at the Mercure pool side restaurant each night and the food was fantastic! Shuttle bus to the airport when ever you needed it ( but so close, you could walk) and easy to get a taxi or Uber to pick you up! The lobby gives you that tropical holiday feel and is just lovely! The sunset from the pool was also a bonus! We loved our stay here!

It was convenient for our purposes for a short stay, very clean,I found the bed comfortable but my partner didn’t (too hard) Breakfast onsite in the restaurant was very good. We also had dinner and breakfast at Cossies Bistro next door at Mantra which was good. Relaxing quiet place to stay, felt safe, everyone friendly. Used the shuttle bus to an air tour meet at the other side of the airport and also to the airport on departure.

The pleasing personality of the reception staffs were the highlight of my stay. They were very patient with my questions and very approachable that made me at ease and comfortable. Thank you!

Stayed here for one night waiting for a flight to Perth the next day as it is only a seven minute walk to the airport. The staff on reception were friendly and allowed me to store my bag until my room was ready, in this case three hours. The room I stayed in was large with two double bed, even though I was a solo traveler. Which I may add was very comfortable. As you would expect came with air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The bathroom was also big and impressive and as you would expect from a four star hotel very clean, same went for the room. When it comes to dining this being an Accor hotel you have the choice of dining in the Hotel or in its sister hotel right behind the hotel. Had dinner in the Novotel in its Cossies Bar & Bistro a large well laid out room with large glass doors leaning to the bar, outside seating and the pool. The meal was of a high standard and very tasty. As for price it wasn't to expensive bearing in mind the location. Breakfast was partaken in the Mercure hotel. From the moment you walk in your wowed by how much better the hotel is than the Novotel with its tropical look. In this hotel the breakfast is buffet style compared to the ala- cart menu in the Novotel On the booking it tells you there is building works all around the Novotel hotel as they turn the area into one big resort. From what I can see and imagine this will be a wonderful place to stay when finished latter in 2023. If I come back this way I will definitely stay here again, but probably in the Mercure.

Free airport shuttle 24/7 With the present ongoing renovations you are able to use the Mecure's facilities at no cost such as their pool which is just next door

We arrived at 1:00am. The reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and clean bright ensuite. If you are arriving or departing Darwin at 1:00am (as most flights seem to), the hotel location is great, just a 5 minute walk from the terminal building.

Reception service and the rooms were the best for me. Was only in Darwin for a day and the beds were so good even the shower etc. Worth your money!

Beautiful new renovations on the pool area. Such a nice area to relax and get the kids energy out
